1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. HitWave ("we", "our", or "the Service") provides this application subject to the terms outlined in this agreement, available at https://hitwave.org

1.2. In light of the above, please review these terms carefully. If you find yourself in disagreement with any provision herein, you should discontinue use of the HitWave application immediately.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All content within the HitWave application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, remains the exclusive property of Ciendor Holdings Corp. Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

3. User Responsibilities & Limitations

3.1. HitWave assumes no liability for misuse of the application by any user.

3.2. We disclaim responsibility for any damages incurred through network activities, whether affecting personal, commercial, or organizational interests, arising from the use of, inability to access, or circumstances related to HitWave.

3.3. User interactions with external websites or applications fall outside our purview. We cannot monitor or verify user conduct while utilizing our service; consequently, users bear full accountability for their activities.

3.4. HitWave is intended exclusively for legitimate purposes. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Any conduct that contravenes local, national, or international legislation.
• Distribution of unsolicited communications (spam) or activities detrimental to network participants.
• Propagation of malicious software including viruses, worms, trojans, or similar harmful code.
• Network reconnaissance, peer-to-peer file sharing for copyrighted content, credential attacks, or creation of deceptive websites including phishing operations.
• Fraudulent schemes designed to unlawfully obtain funds or property, or activities that violate intellectual property rights including copyrights and patents.
• Impersonation of any person, corporation, or entity without proper authorization.
• Disruption of service operations or circumvention of established usage policies.
• Incitement of illegal activities targeting individuals, networks, or organizations.

Users engaging in prohibited activities assume complete responsibility for their actions and any resulting consequences.
